Last week Indigo attended the 2026 OT Exchange Expo in Brisbane, where we launched our latest Support at Home (SAH) AT2GO enhancement: direct payment requests.
This updated portal functionality has been highly requested by allied health professionals, and allows Registered Providers who are not yet fully onboarded to the SAH AT2GO platform to receive AT requests for their clients and complete payment securely via Indigo’s Stripe payment platform.
Requesters can now opt to send an equipment request to a client's Registered Provider, even if the provider has not yet completed their full registration with SAH AT2GO. This means that after evaluating and choosing suitable assistive technology for a client, all requests can be directed to the provider simply by entering their details and email address.
The Registered Provider will then have the option to make payments through a secure payment link, and the equipment will be dispatched promptly.
Requesters can monitor their request status and order progress on a centralised dashboard, with the added option to download order summaries for record-keeping.
Indigo’s SAH AT2GO platform simplifies the process of selecting suitable equipment for clients from a variety of reputable suppliers, ensuring that all displayed products meet the funding eligibility under SAH AT-HM guidelines.
Use of the platform to compare and select appropriate AT-HM funded equipment necessary for a single client from one website, with a single invoice offers a significant reduction in time and administrative processes for both requesters and suppliers.
Direct payment links have been introduced following requester feedback, further simplifying processes and offering Providers not fully onboarded to SAH AT2GO to quickly approve client orders.
Initial feedback from allied health professionals at the OT Exchange Expo about this new feature was positive, and we will be holding information sessions about direct payment links in the future.
