Indigo acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of the lands, skies and waters throughout Australia and the Torres Strait, where we live and work.
We specifically acknowledge the Whadjuk Noongar people as the Traditional Custodians of the lands on which our head office sits, in Boorloo/Perth, Western Australia (Noongar Boodja).
We pay our respects to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities across Australia, and their Elders past and present. We are committed to walking together to develop culturally safe information and initiatives that enable people to make informed choices and connections, and support strong, self-determining communities.
Together with our partner organisation iLA, Indigo has completed its Reflect RAP.
We are officially accredited by Reconciliation Australia, and have received membership to the RAP network across Australia.
As we work towards our Innovate RAP, Indigo and iLA are actively seeking opportunities to strengthen relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Our staff have attended Cultural Awareness Training delivered by Professor Shane Hearn and we have been working with First Nations suppliers on opportunities to partner with us in delivering on our procurement needs.
