New Support at Home arrangements allow us to use experience gained through geat2GO to help meet providers' needs under the AT-HM Scheme requirements - using established supply systems together with our clinical know-how on equipment suitability.
Under the Support at Home Program, the Assistive Technology and Home Modifications (AT-HM) Scheme is a distinct program classification separate to ongoing service funding. Indigo can help you manage that funding, via the AT2GO portal for ordering equipment.
