The Role
- Provide physiotherapy services aimed at restoring, improving, and maintaining clients' independent functioning and wellbeing.
- Conduct mobility assessments, develop home exercise programs, prescribe walking aids, and implement falls prevention programs.
- Primarily based in the Metro North area, with consideration for candidates in other metro regions.
- Work in a hybrid role, providing services in clients' homes, the office, and remotely from home.
- Deliver evidence-based and goal-directed assessments and interventions to CHSP eligible clients.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
- Coordinate therapy implementation through Allied Health Assistants.
- Assist with the coordination of referrals, planning, service delivery, and evaluation.

The right candidate will have:
- Passionate, self-driven, and innovative Physiotherapist
- Organised and flexible with strong communication, problem-solving, and initiative
- Sound clinical expertise, preferably in the Aged Care sector
- Open to driven New Graduate Physiotherapists with exposure to Aged Care Community services

- Ability to collaborate with individuals, caregivers, health professionals, and staff for positive client outcomes
- Current registration with AHPRA, NDIS Workers Screening check, WA Driver's License, Current First Aid and CPR certification
