We are seeking an experienced and passionate leader to take on the role of Manager – Aged Care Services. Reporting to the Director – Allied Health Services, this position oversees our Aged Care Allied Health and Home Modification services, ensuring high-quality, person-centered outcomes for clients and their families.
The Role
In this role, you will provide leadership to a dedicated team of allied health professionals and support staff, ensuring services are efficient, evidence-based, and aligned with aged care standards. You will play a key role in clinical governance, contribute to service development, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance outcomes for clients and their families.
You will also help strengthen Indigo’s reputation as a trusted provider of aged care services within the community by fostering collaboration, supporting staff development, and maintaining high-quality, person-centred care.
The Candidate
If you are an engaging leader who is passionate about improving aged care services and supporting teams to achieve their best.
The right candidate will have:
- Leadership experience within aged care, allied health, or community services.
- Proven ability to manage teams, budgets, and service delivery outcomes.
- A sound understanding of aged care standards and evidence-based practice.
- Strong people management and coaching skills, with the ability to build high-performing teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Degree qualifications in Allied Health (Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy) with AHPRA registration.
