ICT Systems Administrator

As part of Digital Services team, you will work across the business supporting users at two Perth metro sites. Having a cloud and mobile-first approach, we are looking for an experienced ICT professional with an excellent customer service that loves working with people and keen to learn and work with new technologies.

The Role

Reporting to the Information Security and Technical Lead and working closely with the team members within Digital Services, you will be responsible for supporting cloud-based systems and being an escalation point for IT Operations team that are assisting users on a day-to-day basis including managing Service Desk KPIs. You will be encouraged to contribute to various projects to achieve Indigo/ILA cloud first based platform which are in line with our strategic direction. The role will be responsible for maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, including servers, networks, and associated software and hardware.

  • Provide and escalation point to ICT technical support team members
  • Oversee the set up accounts for new users within Azure
  • Provide a guidance and an escalation to the team with troubleshooting hardware and software errors and running diagnostics, prioritising, documenting and assessing impact
  • Manage Cloud based systems
  • Enable various POC and be an integral part of organisation wide application reviews of cloud-based systems
  • Support our core systems including Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, Amazon Connect, Microsoft 365 software.
  • Oversee the delivery of onboarding and training of new users
  • Manage introduction of new cloud-based technologies
  • Enable and Support ICT developments and projects
  • Continually improve existing applications and services
  • Attend to and comply with established SLA expectations
  • Support organisations cyber-security roadmap

The Candidate

We are looking for a friendly, dedicated, experienced ICT System Administrator with a desire to maximise the use of technology to help achieve our Organisational goals. You should be experienced system administrator, quick to learn, have excellent time management skills and a good communicator and collaborate effectively.

We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service, experience in a similar role, a sound knowledge of cloud-based technologies within Microsoft Azure and AWS technologies.
